So here we go! Breakfast on the first day. I woke up pretty hungry so i thought i'd have a nice filling smoothie. This made about two glasses full so i will save one for later in the day. Nom nom nom...
Ingredients
- Half an Avocado
- 1 Banana
- 1 Leaf of Kale with the fibrous stem removed, just those tasty leaves
- 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
- 1 heaped Tsp Green Powder (optional)
- 1 Tsp Honey
- Juice of 1/2 Lime
Method
- Blend all together and add a bit of water if too think. Drink and enjoy!
