Avocado n' Kale Green Smoothie



So here we go! Breakfast on the first day. I woke up pretty hungry so i thought i'd have a nice filling smoothie. This made about two glasses full so i will save one for later in the day. Nom nom nom...




Ingredients
  • Half an Avocado
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Leaf of Kale with the fibrous stem removed, just those tasty leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Almond Milk
  • 1 heaped Tsp Green Powder (optional)
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • Juice of 1/2 Lime
Method
  1. Blend all together and add a bit of water if too think. Drink  and enjoy!
